SQL Server (June 2003-present)

  • Developed SQL Server 2008 stored procedures for extending an Access 2003 ADP and providing new client required interface for AfterMath Claims Science.

·         Extended an Excel 2007 spreadsheet to work with VeriMove Pitney Bowes address verification software to print detailed custom financial flyers with presort savings for United Mortgage Services.

·         Developed Excel 2007 tools to provide monthly inputs for new/lost account reporting and conversion planning for Nalco Company.

·         Customized an Excel 2007 tool which interfaced with PowerPoint for sales presentations for Nalco Company.

·         Developed Excel 2003 tools to replace two existing Basic 3.0 tools for AMWELL.

·         Developed Excel 2000 tools for alarming data analysis including interface with web server output and customizing Excel Charts for Nalco Company.

  • Customized macro on Word 2007 form to pull in more photos and rearrange better to fit for The McIntosh Group.  
  • Added a macro for Spell Checking protected fields on Word 2007 forms for The McIntosh Group.  
  • Developed template for emailing conference attendance response request for American Heartworm Society.  
  • Customized Word 2003 templates to bring in appropriate signature files and alter wording based on WAN Access database interfaces.

 

Visual Basic .NET (April 2005–present)

  • Developed a prototype system for new business modeling in Visual Basic .NET 2008 for AfterMath Claim Science.
  • Designed and developed a for retail sales Visual Basic .NET 2005 application for research writing. Used Windows Installer and backend SQL Express database.  
  • Developed reporting for accounting system using an Access 2003 interface with .NET and SQL Server 2005 for Young, Young, and Young.
  • Coded VB .NET 2005 forms from spec using template interfaces, ADO .NET, and SQL 2005 stored procedures for Young, Young, and Young.  
  • Developed printing and Excel export interface for form template including Infragistics Grid controls for Young, Young, and Young.
  • Developed a VB .NET front end to secure an Access database sold with source code access.   This tool limited the number of users allowed to access the back end database and connected seamlessly to the back end on new installs.

 

C# .NET (March 2005-present)

  • Modified existing C# 2008 .NET forms to use standardized table structure for AfterMath Claim Science.
  • Developed a lookup table editing interface, and Excel based reporting using C# 2008 .NET for AfterMath Claim Science.
  • Customized a Word interface using C# including modifying the Word toolbar (2000-2003) and Ribbon (2007) for Hyde Park Systems Group. 
  • Developed reports for a wholesale order system using C# .NET, Infragistics controls, and SQL Server.  Interfaced with Great Plains data to provide a simplified on-demand customer statement for Hyde Park Systems Group.

 

ASP.NET (August 2009–present)

  • Developed a website Contact form for sending email contact requests.
  • Repaired an ASP .NET website which had been moved to reestablish correct connection strings for DC Appwerx.
  • Developed an ASP .NET interface to a SMS Text Messaging mechanism for corresponding between Market Research management/analysts and technicians.

  • Developed a MS Access database-driven registration process using ASP and HTML.  Interfaced with PayPal purchasing system, providing Licensing capability for software product purchase for Hyde Park Systems Group.
  • Developed a registration routine that allowed securing a distributable Access database by providing main contact information editing only through a Web Browser.   Wrote ASP code to interface with a back end Access database for registration validation for Fix My Database.
  • Developed a MS Access database-driven web site for new home construction using ASP, VBScript, Jscript, HTML, CSS, DHTML, and XHTML.  Provided 3 levels of security as well as tracking of users to aid in potential customer follow-up for Fix My Database. 
  • Developed an ASP routine for generic parent-child data entry with transaction level record updating to be used for any set of SQL Server data tables.  Resulted in increased functionality, increased consistency, & decreased programming time for future development for Isystant, Inc.
  • Designed and implemented a database-driven report writer using SQL Server and ASP, VBScript, Jscript, and HTML for Isystant, Inc. 

 

Integration (August 1999-present)

  • Modified C# .NET, VB .NET 2003, Access, & stored procedure interfaces for SQL Server 2000 migration and a move to a combined Terminal Server and Client/Server environment.  Proper preparation and testing resulted in no business interruptions for Hyde Park Systems Group.  
  • Developed HDF and VB scripts and designed the interface between TCI Retail Mgmt and Designer Label 32 software systems for Hyde Park Systems Group.
  • Wrote HDF script for customized interface between TCI Retail Management and EPlum scale management software systems for Hyde Park Systems Group.
  • Project manager for testing, training, and implementation of customized wholesale order system at mid-size grocery.  Developed local machine installation script.  Set up Terminal Server environments and SQL user permissions.  Resulted in minimal down time during initial phase and a satisfied customer.
  • Project manager for end of year Payroll tax changes for 15 customers annually for A+ Computer Specialists, Inc.
  • Used Metafile RDBMS with Basic programming and Shell script on Windows 2000, 98, 95, 3.1, DOS for A+ Computer Specialists, Inc.

Project manager for Year 2000 compliancy project.  Assessed and implemented compliancy for internal Windows NT Server and 6 workstations as well as over 30 customer’s accounting applications in PC based environments, resulting in NO significant downtimes for A+ Computer Specialists, Inc.
